Contact spray adhesive canisters have high glue solids giving it a higher bond strength than other wood glues. To achieve a maximum adhesion between your wood substrates, bond your substrates together when the adhesive is tacky. When doing wood to wood joinery it’s important that your adhesive offers a high tac to ensure a fixed bond between substrates and joints. A tacky adhesive will also reduce the time wood needs to be clamped which is a great time saver, getting all components of your project finished faster.
