1. How do I maintain my pro spray gun?

There is a brass tip on the end of the gun unit and it is important to keep this clean to achieve long lasting high quality usage of your pro spray gun. You can remove the brass tip from the gun unit and place the tip in white spirit for a few hours. The white spirit will remove any build up of adhesive that could potentially affect the web spray pattern coming from the pro spray gun.

2. Can I use your pro spray gun and hose on any canister?

Yes. All Spray Glue UK guns and hoses work universally on adhesive canisters. They work on all brands of adhesive canister.

3. Can I use my existing gun and hose on your Spray Glue UK canister?

Yes our spray adhesive canisters will fit all spray guns and hoses with the same connection.

4. What Personal Protective Equipment do I need to wear when applying spray adhesive?

We advise that you wear a face mask and gloves when spraying adhesive. You should apply contact spray adhesive in a well ventilated environment. 

5. How do I avoid overspray?

An overspray of adhesive can be avoided by adjusting the toggle behind the trigger of the pro spray gun. This will help you to achieve a defined web spray pattern.

6. How do I prepare substates for adhesive application?

Ensure that substrates are clean and dust free prior to your adhesive application. 

7. What substates can I use your spray adhesive on?

Our spray adhesive can be used on many substrates including: wood, cardboard, flooring, carpet tiles, underlay, carpet lining, vinyl, metals, rubber, fabric, plastics, polythene, laminates, concrete, foam, leather, felt, upholstery, and underlay.

8. How do I remove adhesive?

You can use white spirit or adhesive remover to get rid of any excess adhesive.

9. How long does your adhesive take to dry?

Our spray adhesive takes 15 seconds to dry with a strong bond.
