Description:
Canister adhesive hose is made with strengthened durable rubber & is compatible with all adhesive canister sizes with a universal connection to both canister & spray adhesive gun application. Our extra long spray adhesive hose has been designed to face the toughest and extreme work environments in and outside the industrial work place.
How to use:
- Attach one end of the hose to the Spray Glue UK canister valve outlet and tighten securely using a spanner.
- Connect the other end to the spray gun inlet ensure all fittings are airtight.
- Open the canister adhesive valve slowly to pressurise the system
Testing the Flow
- Before spraying your project, test the system on a scrap surface.
- Adjust the guns spray pattern and pressure to achieve a fine, even mist.
- Ensure spray adhesive flow is smooth and consistent.
Applying the Adhesive
- Hold the contact spray adhesive gun 6–10 inches from the surface.
- Apply an even coat to both bonding surfaces in a crosshatch pattern.
- Allow the adhesive to flash off touch dry before bonding.
- Press both surfaces together firmly for uniform permanent bond.
