 Preparation

• Ensure all system components — canister, hose, and Contact Adhesive Extension Gun — are compatible and in good condition.
• Check the nozzle and lance tip for blockages or adhesive build-up.
• Work in a well-ventilated area where possible

Connecting the System

• Attach the adhesive hose to the canister and tighten securely
• Connect the other end of the hose to the base of the lance extension gun.
• Slowly open the canister valve to pressurise the system.

Adjusting the Spray Pattern 

• Turn the fan and flow adjustment knobs on the gun handle to set your desired spray width and output.
• Test the spray on scrap material to ensure an even, consistent pattern.
