Preparation
- Ensure all system components — canister, hose, and lance gun — are compatible and in good condition.
- Check the nozzle and lance tip for blockages or adhesive build-up.
- Work in a well-ventilated area and wear PPE where possible
Connecting the System
- Attach the adhesive hose to the canister and tighten securely
- Connect the other end of the hose to the base of the lance extension gun.
- Slowly open the canister valve to pressurise the system.
- Check all joints and fittings for air or adhesive leaks before operation.
Adjusting the Spray Pattern
- Turn the fan and flow adjustment knobs on the gun handle to set your desired spray width and output.
- Test the spray on scrap material to ensure an even, consistent pattern.
- For broad surface coverage, use a wide fan setting; for precision bonding, narrow the spray width.
